Picking the correct golf tee will improve your distance.
A long tee is better for larger clubs, like drivers. A longer tee also allows you to tee the ball at a higher distance from the ground, while also placing enough of the tee into the ground to provide stability. The highest a ball should ever be is at half of the ball above the top of the driver. A shorter tee can be used for irons and hybrid shots.
